  Veteran- Contact Veteran Administration   to access adult day service benefits.

 Long-Term Care Insurance

 Private Pay- Prepay services. Call for   current rates.

 2. What is the process to enroll at Northland Adult Day Center (NADC)?

 

 To access our enrollment application   packet, navigate to the "Contact Us",   section of our website, then download the   application, complete and submit via   email (nicki@northlandadc.com) or

 fax to (816-844-3710)

 

 3. What type of activities does your         program offer?

​

We offer a variety of engaging therapeutic activities designed to enrich the experience of our participants. These include field trips, arts & crafts, cooking classes, gardening, music therapy, computer classes, puzzles, bingo, sudoku, concentration, dominoes, and other memory-enhancing games and activities.

 4. What type of transportation do you      provide?

​​

Transportation services are available to facilitate your travel to and from our facility. We offer transport within a 15-mile radius of our center and we partner with Ride KC Freedom.​

​

 5. What type of participants do you    accept in your program?

​

We accept participants 18 years of age or older who need oversight and care in a supervised setting during daytime hours.

​

Admission Requirements:

​

​​1. Continent of bowel

2. If incontinent urine, agree to wear a   brief.

3. Able to feed self after food setup.

4. Not violent or disruptive

5. Not an elopement risk
